This organization shall have as seal the following figures and their respective definitions:
- The Journal represents the academic excellence which the university labors to harness in every JPIAn.
- The Arrow directed upward represents the progressive growth which the JPIAns strive to achieve in preparation for their future professional demands.
- The JPIA represents the Accounting students with their volatile character which enables them to cope with the tremendous changes in the business world.
- The Two-Faceted Globe represents the major priorities of concern among JPIAns, global competence through cognitive development and morally upright professionals through spiritual and socio-civic awareness.
- The PLM, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, represents the nursing institution which exerts efforts to cultivate the necessary skills and knowledge in line with the Accountancy profession.

The organization seal shall have as the official colors the shades of navy blue and silver.
- Navy blue represents the profound simplicity rested in the hearts of every JPIAn which encourages them to fulfill every duty and obligation of an Accounting student with a deep sense of humility.
- Silver represents the tenacity and mettle ness of the JPIAns amidst the multifarious challenges and complexities rendered by the Accountancy course and profession.
